To make a dough take a bowl add maida, oil, salt and carom seeds
Mix all these things very well all rub the flour between palms dough maida mixture should be like bread crumbs
Now add like warm water and make a semi soft dough cover it for 10 min.
For stuffing
First we make a dry masala for this roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds and fennel seeds
Now cool it down and crush it roughly
Now take boiled potatoes mash them very well and add all the masala which I mentioned above
Take a pan heat oil add cumin seeds and sarso seeds asfoiteda and ginger green chilli paste

Now take a dough add take a small portion of it and make a roti out of it cut it from between and divided into 2 parts
Now make a triangle shape and grease with water from all the sides put a stuffing in between and cover from all the sides
Now deep fry on very slow flame
