In a bowl mix chickpea flour, asafoetida, lemon flour, salt, cooking soda, oil and mix well.
Add finely chopped vegetables and grated cottage cheese and mix well.
Add chilli ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, chilli powder and mix.
Add all the sauces and mix.
Add water if required.
Add cooking soda and prepare a thick batter
Grease a plate, pour the prepared batter in it and steam it for 8 to 10 minutes.
Once done, cut the Dhokla into pieces.
Prepare tempering by heating oil, add then adding all the ingredients of tempering and wait till it crackles.
Once the ingredients have begun to crackle, pour it over the cut dhokla.
Garnish with desiccated coconut and chopped coriander and serve.
