2. Drizzle some oil into a big roasting dish and lay streaky bacon rashers all over pan. Bake for 10 minutes

4. Drain pasta and cauliflower reserving a mug full of pasta water.
5. In the pasta saucepan, mix the pasta, cooking water, bacon (snipped up) creme fraiche, garlic, and cheese. Mix as transfer into roasting pan
6. In another bowl, mix up breadcrumbs, cheese and oil and sprinkle all over the top.
7. Put in the oven for 8-10 minutes until golden. If it needs more browning put under the grill for a few minutes
