Now add urad dal and chana dal, mix and fry till it becomes golden brown.

Now add semolina, mix and fry for 2 minutes.

Now add curd salt and pepper powder to it.

Now mix the peas and green coriander, add water and make a batter and keep it on the side for 10 minutes.
