Now add turmeric and salt and saute this slightly. - now add rava and roast on low flame.When rava turns aromat after switch off flame. now,cool the rava mixture and transfer in a bowl.

No,cool the rava mixture and transfer in bowl, add curd and mix well.no add water and mix well forming a smooth batter.rest for 15minutes or until the rava absorbs water. - mix well and add water as required, to form an idli batter consistency batter.grease the idli plate with oil. - just before steaming add a eno ( mix well till it turns frothy. Or can add a pinch of baking soda.pour the batter immediately into the idli plate. - steam the idli for 15 minute.
