Take Vegetables:
Take 3/4 cup capsicum (cut into cube)
Make ready 1 medium sized Onion (cut into cube)
Prepare 1 spring onion stalk (green part cut into 1/2 inch long)
Steps to make Mango Habanero Chicken with Olio Spaghetti:
Cut your chicken into 1 inch strip or cubes and marinate it with salt, chilli flakes, thyme, Italian seasoning, black pepper and half egg and corn flour
On the other side boil spaghetti
Take a pan and pour oil, add chicken and stir fry till it cooked and keep a side.
On the other side, take a pan or wok, pour olive oil, add freshly grated garlic on high flame and add noodles with Italian herb and coriander. Mix it well and dish out in a serving plate
Take a pan, pour Mango habanero sauce and add freshly grated ginger
Add sugar, salt, vinegar, soya sauce and coriander. Cook till it simmers and give tangy sweet and sour aroma.
