Make ready 1 tbls tomato purèe
Take 1 Handful Spinach
Take 2 Avocado,s mashed
Make ready 1 square inch parmesan cheese grated

Boil the spaghetti. Add the olive oil to a frying pan heat up then add onions fry for 1 minute next Garlic fry for a further minute. Add the chicken oregano, basil, black pepper and stir and cook until chicken is coloured all over
Next adf the Lemon juice stir then add the (thyme, lemon and bay salt. Optional)Mix in. Add the spinach and simmer for 5 minutes stirring.
Add some cherry Tomatoes whole. Then add the pasatta and mushed Avocado. Bring to the boil then turn down to simmer for 5 minutes.
Next add the dried veg stock stir in add the boiling water stir in then add the purèe bring to the boil then add on a bed of spaghetti.
Add the grated parmesan and serve while hot.
