Make ready 3 packs Yakisoba Noodles
Make ready 1 pack boneless, skinless, Chicken Thighs
Make ready 1 large Sweet Onion sliced and 1 small or large Red Onion sliced
Prepare 2-3 bags or trimmed Sugar Snap Peas
Take 1 pack Swiss Chard
Make ready For marinading chicken or beef
Prepare 1-2 tbsps Sugar
Prepare Splash Soy sauce perhaps about 4-5 tbsps
Make ready 1-2 tbsp Olive Oil
Get 1 inch finely sliced Ginger

First make the marinade and leave it for half an hour or an hour in the fridge.
Fry the chicken together with the marinade until cooked and browned.
Then add the sliced Onions and carrots in either medium or high heat. Either cook the Onions half way through or until translucent.
Add the Yakisoba Noodles, cooked in medium heat and stirring occasionally.
When noodles are softer and cooked add the Sugar Snaps and the Swiss chardβs.
Then garnish with freshly chopped spring onions.
