For dough…in flour add salt,powder milk,sugar and yeast mix it with Lukewarm milk..mix well and then put ghee,oil or butter in it and mix well to make proper dough.. and put at warm place to rise up..
For stuffing.. shallow fry fries when it get brwon put chicken in it mix then put onion and capcicum and mix well..then put pan aside and put kechup or pizza sauce in it and mix well then again put on stove and put salt and black pepper in it and mix well..
Now time to make rolls..make 6 balls..pir un ko bail lain lambai ke taraf(in oval shape not like gol roti) then in middle put material and then cheese… Then fold and make shape as shown in picture..and if not folding from end put some betten egg on it.. then put in baking tray and leave for 1 hour..then put egg, kaloji and till..and bake for 20 min at 120°
Waisay I made in patila..I put rack in it and put baking tray on it and bake it for 20 min on medium to low flame.. and here is picture
